Day 1: What is your current weight and what would you like it to be?
I haven’t weighed myself recently, but the last time I weighed myself I was about 124lbs-126lbs. I would like it to be around 110lbs, or until I am happy with my body and feel confident.
So close to eating junk food today, this girl from my work bought me chocolate and I told her I’d eat it later and gave to my sister when I got home. Win. My sister also made chocolate cupcakes which are about 450 calories each, must refuse to eat any.
